SECTION 2 - Domestic Shipping
7. Products shipped for our warehouses and affiliates may, at times, be affected by weather, economic conditions and natural events, so we apologize if you encounter delays, we will do our best to make sure you stay up to date and informed of your shipping progress.
Shipment Processing Times
8. Fluxe Finds will ship your purchased products anywhere in the Continental U.S., where AK, HI shipping rates may slightly vary.
9. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, depending on availability and order volumes. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
10. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
11. Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The list below is used as a guide and estimate, so that you may get an overview of shipping costs.
12. Standard Ground Shipping: Standard shipment may be provided by various carriers and the cost is free. Estimated delivery time may range around or between 3-5 business days.
13. Expedited Shipping: Cost may be about $12 to $24 USD in extra shipping fees, and estimated delivery time may be around or between 2 to 3 business days.
14. Overnight delivery: Only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States, and shipping fees may vary at checkout.
15. On rare occasions, delivery delays can occasionally occur that are beyond our control, so please be mindful of that.
SECTION 3 - SHIPMENT TO OTHER ADDRESSES
Shipping to Post Office (PO) Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office or Diplomatic Post Office (DPO) Addresses.
We may ship orders to the following unique addresses:

SECTION 4 - Shipment Confirmation and Order tracking
18. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped, and it will contain your carrier and tracking number number(s). The tracking number may take up to 24 hours to be active on the carrier tracking service web site.
SECTION 5 - Customs, Duties and Taxes
19. Fluxe Finds is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (items such as tariffs, taxes, etc.)
SECTION 6 – Loss and Damages
20. Fluxe Finds is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you failed to receive or your order, of if it arrives damaged, please contact us on the “Contact Us” page, with order and shipment details, and we’ll file a claim with the carrier. In case the product is damaged, please photograph damage with your digital camera, save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim on our “Contact Us” page.
